Dean is the original digital nomad, and has been travelling the world for many years, learning, growing, and supporting others along the way.

He is the founder of Digital Nomads Israel, one of the largest and most engaged digital nomad communities in the world with over 38,000 active members. Over the last 10 years, he has empowered thousands of people to choose a life of freedom through Digital Nomads Israel, his captivating keynotes, government & business  collaborations, advocacy and mentorship across the globe.

He is on a mission to build and strengthen communities, businesses and people through remote work. He regularly advises governments, tourism boards and businesses on how they can adopt and adapt to remote work and do it right.  Because a long that life of travel he has observed challenges an inequalities and much which could be made better and fairer.
